He is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of New Hampshire. He also is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association.

Dave received a Bachelor's of Arts degree, with honors, from Tulane University in New Orleans in 2000. He had a dual major in history and political science. Between college and law school, Dave taught special education and worked as an emergency medical technician.
